For the upcoming season, we are recruiting front-of-house professionals for Brasserie Astoria Marbella as well as for an additional hospitality project within the Astoria family in the same market. Final placement will be discussed during the recruitment process, based on experience, preference and operational needs.

Brasserie Astoria was introduced in Stockholm in 2021, in a venue with a long history as an international hospitality destination. The concept combines a lively atmosphere with professional, knowledgeable service and a strong focus on hospitality and quality.
Today, Brasserie Astoria operates internationally and continues to grow with new projects and destinations within Frantzén Group.

Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on role and availability. Salary and conditions are by agreement and follow local employment terms.

INTERNATIONAL
In 2016 the Group opened its first restaurant outside of Sweden. Restaurant Frantzén’s Kitchen was opened in Hong Kong and has since won several awards and is currently ranked as one of the best restaurants in the country. In late 2018 Zén, which is a sister restaurant to Frantzén in Stockholm, opened in Singapore, and in 2021 Zén was awarded three stars in Guide Michelin.
