The Manager helps transforms the ordinary into extraordinary. They deliver an unparalleled experience and entertain by serving up the ultimate WOW. This position is the leader of the team that is responsible for the hourly team members, ensuring a playful, and mood lifting environment. This individual enhances our Company values, systems, and welcomes change by effortlessly paving the way by always being one step ahead. The Manager transforms in-venue offerings into an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality food, beverage, and entertainment that exceed expectations
  • A true leader at heart who is self-aware, positive, and approachable
  • Use training and development to awe guests effortlessly motivate the staff
  • Inspire the team members to enhance their skills through coaching
  • Proactively receive feedback and propose solutions
  • Flexible approach, readily able to adapt to needs and changes
  • Understand the needs and patterns of guests to provide genuine hospitality
  • Build lasting relationships with an enthusiastic approach
  • Cohesively maintain Company standards to deliver an inclusive guest and staff experience
  • Responsible for running the shift, team member adherence, and building guest relationships
  • Improve operations through attention to detail by adhering to Company standards, policies, and programs
  • Required to pass with a 90% in food, beverage, and other issued Company testing
  • Oversee each manager’s area of responsibility and maintain deadlines
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by following health and safety laws
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $65k-70k, based on experience.
  • Eligibility to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits.
  • Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and seven Paid Holidays.
  • Option to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.
  • Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests at Flight Club or AceBounce.
