Duties:Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Working with the management team:
· Help interview, hires, train and develop support staff
· Manage support staff during service hours.

· Guest feedback/interaction
· Help as needed with party sheets
· Develop staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
· Oversees opening and closing tasks and balances daily and nightly cash drawers.
· Onboard/hire new staff members.
· Oversee trainer program.
· Scheduling
