We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Front of House Leader to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the day-to-day success of the shop.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coaching others, and creating a positive environment where both customers and team members can thrive.
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
· Experience leading or supervising a team
· A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
· Strong communication and people skills
· A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
· Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
· The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment
· A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership career
What You'll Be Doing
· Leading shifts and supporting the management team in daily operations
· Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service
· Coaching and supporting team members to build confidence and capability
· Ensuring high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained
· Supporting new team member training and development
· Helping to drive productivity, shop performance and customer satisfaction
· Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive team culture
· Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
