GEMS International School Cairo is seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly motivated Front of House Team Member to join our team immediately.

As the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, the Front of House Team Member plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for everyone entering our school community. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff with a warm and helpful attitude.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Maintain the reception area in an organized and welcoming condition.
• Support administrative tasks and data entry as needed to help smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and effective workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Previous customer service, reception, or front-of-house experience (preferred).
• excellent level of English.
