Job Description

As a Front of House Assistant at REEL Rochdale, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality and catering industry. Your primary focus will be to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, assisting with their needs and contributing to a positive dining experience. This part-time position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service that REEL Rochdale is known for.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
  • Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and attentive service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The current REEL CINEMAS circuit comprises 16 cinemas, with 82 screens.
