Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and highly organised Front of House Assistant to join our HQ Guest Experience team at the AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional welcome and ensuring every visitor experiences the highest standards of hospitality synonymous with our brand.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, combining front-of-house management, guest relations, hospitality and event support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests, VIPs, partners and visitors, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Managing reception, telephone enquiries and guest transportation arrangements.
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation across our reception and guest areas.
• Coordinating guest lists, gifting, refreshments, stock and front-of-house requirements.
• Working closely with facilities, security and external agencies to ensure consistently high standards of service.
• Providing general administrative and wider team support as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, front-of-house or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a naturally warm and welcoming approach.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible, team-focused attitude and the ability to use initiative.
• Experience supporting events and engaging with VIPs or senior stakeholders would be advantageous.
