Front of House Assistant – Common Purpose Club (Mayfair, London)

Reports to: House Manager
Common Purpose Club is a premium wellness space in Mayfair, bringing together a community of members, trainers, and therapists. We’re on a mission to support personal growth through connection, high-level service, and a welcoming environment.
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Front of House Assistant to be the face of the club and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Greet members and visitors, manage access and club enquiries
Keep the food & beverage area clean, stocked, and welcoming
Serve shakes and coffee; maintain front-of-house cleanliness
Support members, freelancers, and the CP team across bookings and enquiries
Process memberships, payments, and help manage schedules
Assist with basic reporting and admin tasks
Liaise with external partners (cleaners, reception, CRM support)
Support directors with diary management and communication

Passionate about wellness and high standards
Previous front-of-house, hospitality, or fitness club experience a plus
