Job Description

Company Background:

Our company operates in the construction machinery industry, offering a wide range of high - quality construction machinery products, including excavators, loaders, and other related equipment. With a strong market presence and continuous business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction machinery market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for strategic decision - making.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and lead a high - performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Familiar with the construction machinery market in Malaysia, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Salary Range: RM2500-RM10000, for basic; additional RM1500 for fixed transportation allowance.

Location: Kempas, Johor / Kuantan
