What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for software products
- Log and manage support tickets with clear details and accurate information
- Prioritise and track incoming issues to ensure timely resolution
- Identify recurring issues and suggest preventative improvements
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in on-call support rotations
What You Bring

- Strong communication skills in English
