  • Identify recurring issues and suggest preventative improvements
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in on-call support rotations

What You Bring

  • Experience in customer support (preferably in software/tech)
  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Nice-to-Haves
