A DAY IN THE LIFEAs a Front-End Team Member, you’ll be the first and last impression for our Garden + Home customers, keeping the focus on our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
YOUR IMPACT•      Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal•      Own our Evergreen Guarantee™, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience•      Actively circulate and engage customers as a proactive measure against loss prevention•     Maintain an efficient and clean front-end, completing daily opening, closing, and side work checklists•      Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists
