TITLE: Front-End Full Stack Engineer
LOCATION: San Bruno, CA

Job Duties:


Client is pioneering the way people experience online and in-store shopping. We are looking for an experienced Web software engineer to help us offer our customers an awesome online experience.

We are looking for a talented frontend developer familiar with React. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and integrating them with a GraphQL backend. You will ensure that these components are well-tested, accessible, and maintainable. You will coordinate with design and product to ensure that the result meets the needs of the business. A commitment to quality and a collaborative spirit is important.

Responsibilities
  • Developing new user experiences using React.js
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Managing complexity in the face of a sophisticated set of business requirements
  • Ensuring that code is well-tested and in line with best practices

Skills
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and browser APIs
  • Strong grasp of React fundamentals
  • Experience with unit and integration testing React codebases. Experience with RTL, Jest and testCafe is a plus
  • Familiarity with integrating React UIs with backend APIs; experience with doing so with GraphQL in particular a plus
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
