Job Description

What you'll do…
  • Own the design and development of customer-facing web experiences that attract well-known B2B and consumer brands
  • Build high-performance marketing and product pages using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
  • Design and maintain scalable component libraries that keep the team shipping fast without sacrificing quality
  • Bring pages to life with polished animations and interactive UI, from micro-interactions to full scroll-driven experiences
  • Work embedded with marketing and design as a creative partner, not just an executor
  • Drive technical decisions around performance, accessibility, and SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Elevate the team through code reviews, mentorship, and establishing front-end best practices

What we're looking for…
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Deep JavaScript and React expertise (TypeScript and Next.js required)
  • Multiple years building production web applications at high-traffic, design-driven companies
  • Demonstrated animation chops, whether through CSS (keyframes, transitions, scroll-driven animations), the Web Animations API, SVG/Canvas/WebGL, or libraries like GSAP, Anime.js, Motion, React Spring, Three.js, Lottie, or Rive
  • A portfolio or body of work that shows strong visual taste and component-level thinking
  • Experience building web experiences in a B2B environment
  • Previous startup experience is highly preferred
  • Track record of collaborating across disciplines and mentoring other engineers
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and emerging GEO strategies
