Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of front-end applications using React.js under the guidance of experienced developers.
Learn how Azure Functions, APIs, Microsoft Dataverse are used in business application development.
Explore and responsibly use AI-assisted development tools to support learning, coding, prototyping, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with developers, technical leads, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies and team activities.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of front-end development and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, or similar technologies through school, personal, or project work.
Basic understanding of APIs, development tools such as Visual Studio Code, and familiarity with Git or source control is an asset.
Basic understanding of Dataverse tables, fields, relationships, and business data.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to ask questions and learn from others.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
Interest in AI-assisted development and modern software development practices.
