Role & Responsibilities:

As a Front End Developer

• Attend daily stand-up sessions, ensuring transparent communication regarding front-end related blockers and tasks.
• Design and develop feature prototypes to guide the development phase.
• Actively liaise with multiple business units for clarity on front-end requirements.
• Address impromptu front-end requirements from various departments.
• Diligently monitor front-end tasks via the designated Kanban board, periodically syncing with the CTO on priorities.
• Stay abreast with the latest in front-end trends and technologies.
• Guarantee mobile responsiveness for all designed web pages.
• Swiftly address and rectify front-end bugs highlighted by the QA team.
• Offer unwavering support for the inception, implementation, and sustenance of processes vital for the Information Security Management System.
• Undertake responsibilities assigned by the CEO and respective managers in alignment with the job's prerequisites.

Desired Expertise:

• Proficiency in Git version control system and npm (Node Package Manager).
• Acumen in front-end performance optimization.
• Experience with tools like Gulp or Webpack.
• In-depth understanding of the React library and associated ecosystem.
• Mastery over HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Hands-on experience with libraries like jQuery, AngularJS, and NodeJS.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Bootstrap, Less, and Sass.
• Adept at ensuring mobile responsiveness in applications.
• Capability to operate autonomously.
• Effective communication skills complemented by fluency in English.
