We are looking for a versatile Frontend Developer & Graphic
Designer who thrives at the intersection of design and code — and who actively
leverages AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and deliver
exceptional digital experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Quezon City, Metro Manila. We expect you to integrate AI into your daily
practice, from generating design concepts and prototyping interfaces to writing
production-ready code with AI-assisted development tools.

You will lead the frontend redesign of approximately 18 existing
applications, modernizing their UI/UX, improving performance, and ensuring a
cohesive design language across the entire product suite. Alongside
development, you will produce high-quality visual assets, branding materials,
and UI/UX designs. The ideal candidate sees AI not as a shortcut, but as a
creative multiplier — someone who knows how to prompt, iterate, refine, and
maintain quality control over AI-generated outputs.

  Lead the frontend redesign of ~18 applications, modernizing UI/UX for consistency, accessibility, performance, and usability across the product suite using React, Next.js, Vue.js, and modern frontend frameworks

  Build responsive, pixel-perfect web applications and design systems while collaborating with backend teams for seamless API integration and optimized data flow
• 
  Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codeium) to accelerate development, debug efficiently, refactor code, and ensure clean, secure, modular, and well-documented code quality
• 
  Create high-quality UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, motion graphics, and brand assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and Stable Diffusion
• 
  Develop AI-augmented workflows, prompt libraries, and QA processes while evaluating emerging AI tools, training teams on prompt engineering, and integrating AI-powered product features like chatbots, smart search, and personalization

Requirements

• 
  What You Need:
  • 
    Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, and Svelte, with experience in responsive design, WCAG accessibility, SEO, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • 
    Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and AI-powered design tools including Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, and Framer AI
  • 
    Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codeium, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for code generation, debugging, brainstorming, copywriting, and code review
  • 
    Strong knowledge of AI prompt engineering, AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate, Hugging Face), AI workflow optimization, and evaluating AI-generated outputs with awareness of AI limitations, biases, and ethical considerations
  • 
    Strong portfolio combining frontend development, UI/UX, and graphic design with expertise in typography, color theory, motion design, prototyping tools (Vercel v0, Lovable, Bolt.new, Galileo AI), CMS/headless platforms, no-code tools, agile collaboration, and stakeholder communication
