UA, Lviv

Hybrid work for Lviv region candidates, remote for other Ukrainian locations.

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Front-End Developer to join our marketing team .

With you we will:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve front-end components for websites built on Drupal 9–11+
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces based on design mockups or UX specifications.
  • Write clean, semantic, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code following industry best practices.
  • Work with Twig, or other templating and component-based frameworks to build reusable UI elements.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and data sources.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers to align data structures, endpoints, and template logic.
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain consistency across projects by following design systems and component libraries.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for implemented features.

Key requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with frontend frameworks or libraries such as React — other modern JS frameworks are a plus.
  • Familiar with templating engines (e.g. Twig) and their integration experience with Twig in Drupal will be especially valuable, but experience with any templating engine in other CMS will also be an advantage.
  • Skilled in responsive and cross-browser development with strong attention to UI/UX quality.
  • Understanding of build tools and workflows (Webpack, Gulp, npm, Yarn) and working confidently with Git.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data exchange.
  • Experience in optimizing websites for performance and accessibility (Lighthouse, Axe, PageSpeed).
  • Familiar with Figma or similar design tools for translating layouts into code.
  • Understanding of security best practices and clean coding principles on the frontend.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with Drupal front-end theming (libraries, templates, preprocess functions).
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Docker, DDEV, or similar local development tools.
