We are currently seeking a Front-end Developer to join our team in Wānaka! As a Front-end developer, you'll work closely with our current Front-end Developer and designer to bring their visions to life. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining our new web presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and help to grow our company!

Responsibilities:

• Building out new pages and forms using React and related front-end technologies
• Implementing UI components and experiences within the Optimizely framework, consuming GraphQL and REST based APIs
• Supporting QA by resolving issues and defects identified during testing
• Collaborating with the development team on architectural and design decisions where needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Front-end developer
• Deep understanding of CSS and its application in creating responsive and visually appealing layouts
• Solid experience with React.js and its ecosystem
• Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (eg. Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paces, growing environment
