Job Description:
The
Front End Designer – Senior
will be responsible for designing and enhancing modern digital services through user-centered design methodologies and Agile delivery practices. Working as part of cross-functional product teams, the consultant will collaborate with product owners, researchers, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences. Responsibilities include conducting design research, developing user journeys, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs, while producing comprehensive design documentation and build-ready specifications. The role also involves creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides, performing usability testing, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG, and providing evidence-based design recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure, a solid understanding of Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking principles, and proven experience working in Agile environments to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front End Designer designing and enhancing digital services across web and other digital platforms.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience developing UX artifacts, including user scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and other user-centered design deliverables.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience working within cross-functional Agile product teams, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• 
  Strong expertise in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and user experience (UX) principles.
• 
  Experience creating build-ready design specifications, interface designs, and design documentation.
• 
  Experience conducting usability testing and providing recommendations based on research findings.
• 
  Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and ability to recommend accessible design solutions.
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product owners, developers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• 
  Portfolio of work (mandatory): An attached portfolio containing annotated work samples demonstrating relevant design experience (online portfolio links alone are not accepted).
• 
  Resume must clearly document all required experience under each project, with employment dates in MMM/YYYY – MMM/YYYY format.
