Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient luggage handling for hotel guests. Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and depart
Conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction
Ensure to have first-hand knowledge on whatâs happening in town, and p rovide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needs
Provide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstance
Job Requirements:
Male Only
Bachelor degree or above
1 year or above customer service experience
Previous experience as model or greeter would be an advantage
Good communications skills
Good grooming and presentable
Fluent in English / Mandarin, proficient in other languages such as Korean, Thai would be an advantage
