Job Title: Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to perform tasks based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
- Handle laundry services, ensuring cleanliness and timely delivery of linens and towels.
- Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the property, including common areas and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or activities as required.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory for office and housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
- Assist with special requests from guests to enhance their stay.
