We are currently seeking a Front Desk & Facilities Coordinator (a contract role), reporting directly to the Head of Facilities to join our Facilities team based in Houston, Texas.

About the opportunity we offer:
The Front Desk/Facilities Coordinator is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, assuring meeting rooms are prepared for their daily schedules. Taking care of badging requirements for visitors and/or replacements for employees. This position is also responsible for working closely with our building management representative in handling any maintenance or service issues.
