Als Front Office Werkstudent:in wirst du das erste Gesicht unserer Startup-Community und sorgst dafür, dass sich alle bei uns zu Hause fühlen - mit über 1.500 unterstützten Startups und 4.000 digitalen Verbindungen wartet ein lebendiges Umfeld auf dich.

Aufgaben

  • Empfang – Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Mitglieder und Gäste.
  • Wohlfühl-Service – Du kümmerst dich um Küche, Kaffee und die Kontrolle der Räume für eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
  • Community-Support – Du stehst bei Fragen zur Seite, unterstützt aktiv und packst mit an.
  • Organisation & Alltag – Du behältst den Überblick über Telefonate, E-Mails, Check-ins, Raumbuchungen, Post und Lager.
  • Veranstaltungsbegleitung – Du hilfst bei der Planung, dem Aufbau und der Nachbereitung von Events.

Qualifikation

  • Eingeschriebener Student mit flexibler Verfügbarkeit
  • Freude am Austausch und Interesse an der Startup-Welt
  • Serviceorientiert mit freundlichem und professionellem Auftreten
  • Selbstständig, organisiert und belastbar
  • Teamplayer mit positiver Ausstrahlung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

STARTPLATZ is a startup incubator and accelerator with branches in Cologne and Düsseldorf and functions as a hub for the Rheinland ecosystem and the local founders’ scene.
