We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Front Desk & Wellness Support Specialist to join our growing wellness team. This unique role combines front office responsibilities with client support and accountability, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing encouragement, and creating exceptional client experiences.
As a key member of our team, you'll help clients stay engaged and motivated throughout their wellness and weight loss journeys while ensuring our office operates smoothly and professionally.
This is a non-licensed wellness support role focused on client motivation, education, scheduling, accountability, and customer experience—not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Training will take place in our New City office.
Primary work location will be our West Nyack office, with occasional coverage at other locations as needed.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others stay motivated, loves interacting with people, and wants to be part of a team that positively impacts clients' lives every day.

Requirements
• Prior experience in wellness, gym, med spa, nutrition, or customer service preferred
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics
• Ability to motivate and build relationships with clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
• Sales experience is a plus
• Must be professional, dependable, and organized
