
This position at Magnolia will provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible to assist in providing leadership, guidance, and support to the front desk team in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations. S/he often provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent, memorable first impression. The Front Desk Supervisor is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and property standards and serve as an ambassador for the property.
Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting: The ability to lift and carry items, which may include parcels, packages, and other items. Standing and Walking: The ability to remain on one's feet in an upright position without moving about, and the ability to walk short distances. Reaching: The ability to reach with hands and arms, which may involve reaching at or below the shoulder level.Keyboarding: The ability to enter text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. Extending Arms: The ability to extend the arms with the hands higher than the head, which may involve bending the elbows or keeping the elbow extended.
