What You’ll Do

As a leader at the front line, you’ll set the tone for guest service excellence while supporting hotel operations:

  • Deliver consistently exceptional guest service and resolve concerns with care and urgency
  • Lead by example during guest check-in and check-out, ensuring efficiency and warmth
  • Manage guest mail, messages, and special requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain expert knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, amenities, and selling strategies
  • Take reservations, manage room blocks, and coordinate special arrangements
  • Answer phones using proper etiquette and brand standards
  • Monitor room availability and partner with the AGM/GM on yield management and restrictions
  • Handle guest safe deposits following established procedures
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times
  • Stay knowledgeable on emergency and security procedures to ensure guest and team safety

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (hospitality and/or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
