Provide shift supervision and guidance to the Front Desk. Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. Ensure that all reports are completed as required. Resolves quickly and timely on guest complaints, concerns or disputes. Responsible to report all issues to Front Office Manager. Assist with training new team members as well as ongoing training for employees.
