As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of the Front Desk by supporting team members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining efficient front office operations. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching others while delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do as a Front Desk Supervisor:

• Supervise, schedule, and support Front Desk team members during daily operations.

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office or General Manager.

• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, room assignments, payments, and reservations.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Process cash, credit card transactions, security deposits, and balance daily reports.

• Monitor room availability and coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness, including VIP arrivals.

• Answer guest inquiries regarding resort services, local attractions, dining, and transportation.

• Train, coach, and support new Front Desk team members.

• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring as a Front Desk Supervisor:

• Previous Front Desk, hotel, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

• Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, and property management systems preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to coach and motivate team members while maintaining a positive work environment.

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
