About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans invites you to join our dynamic Front Office team as a Front Desk Supervisor. In this role, you will lead the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift, delivering exceptional guest service while supporting and guiding team members. You will also welcome and register guests, manage arrivals and departures, address guest requests, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable experiences—all while upholding the world-class standards of Four Seasons.
What You'll Do
Provide leadership, training, and real-time support to Front Desk team members, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
Welcome, register, and check out guests efficiently while managing room assignments, billing, and payment transactions with accuracy.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and deliver personalized recommendations that enhance the overall guest experience.
Collaborate closely with Guest Experience, Concierge, and hotel teams to execute elevated service standards and provide Manager on Duty support as needed.
Utilize hotel systems to manage guest accounts, reservations, room inventory, daily reports, and operational procedures while maintaining compliance with Four Seasons standards.
What You Bring
At least 2 years in Hotel Hospitality, particularly Front Office- luxury experience is preferred.
Proficiency in OPERA knowledge and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Valid U.S. Work authorization
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences for residents, guests, colleagues, and team members alike.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, effectively managing priorities, adapting to changing demands, and performing with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with guests and team members.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while completing guest documentation, financial transactions, and operational records with precision and efficiency.
Demonstrate proficiency with hotel systems and technology essential to delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
What To Expect
Work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and overnights. May require the ability to work a 45-hour work week.
A fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, engaging continuously with cross-functional departments, hotel leadership, team members and guests to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Continuous Standing and use of electronic equipment including computers, phones, and printers.
