Directs and works with managers and team members to carry out procedures ensuring a welcoming and efficient work process. Ensures and excels guests’ satisfaction via effective guest services.

工作職責

1. Primarily supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction
2. Always ensure outstanding customer care.
3. Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
4. Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
5. Act as shift in charge to supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
6. Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
7. Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
8. Screen daily arrival and arrange appropriate room assignment that match guests’ preference
9. Build relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc.
10. As a role model to the team.
11. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

工作要求

1. F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
2. With 2 to 3 years similar working experience in deluxe hotel.
3. Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
4. Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
