About the Role:

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic and motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our growing team in Tallahassee, FL! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and welcoming spa experience from the moment they arrive
• Drive membership sales and retail product sales to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk booking system efficiently
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care
• Process payments, memberships, and gift card transactions accurately
• Educate clients on spa services, packages, and promotional offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy spa environment
• Comfortable with sales goals and membership-based selling
• Proficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional client experiences

Compensation: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
