The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate. Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest.  If this sounds like a great fit, we would love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
• Convert incoming leads into new appointments
• Convert lash extension customers into new members
• Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" service packages
• Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide them with extraordinary customer service
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business. 
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
• Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
• Ability to work the following schedule: 
  • Monday 9am-1:15pm
  • Tuesday 9am-4pm
  • Thursday 9am-4pm
  • Saturday 9am-1:15pm
