Wilson Immediate Care provides timely, convenient care for patients of all ages, treating a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries as well as occupational health needs. Our services include evaluation and treatment of common illnesses, minor injuries, on-site lab testing and X-rays, pre-employment and annual physicals, DOT exams, drug and alcohol testing, return-to-work and fitness-for-duty exams, and work-related injury evaluations. With walk-in availability, extended hours, and a team of experienced, board-certified providers, Wilson Immediate Care is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care while helping patients and employees get back to their day safely. As part of the Wilson Physician Services network, we also provide continuity of care by connecting patients with primary and specialty services when additional follow-up is needed.

How you’ll contribute

The Front Desk Representative works alongside providers and clinical staff performing front-office clerical duties. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors while supporting daily clinic operations including scheduling, insurance verification, communication, and administrative functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Greet and check in patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Assist patients with initial paperwork and registration
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Answer multi-line phones and manage front desk communications
• Gather and verify insurance information
• Process insurance claims in compliance with legal requirements

What we’re looking for.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of clinic or medical office experience preferred
• Relevant work experience may substitute for education
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
