Dinamic AS Group is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team in College Station, TX

In this role, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will help maintain an organized front office, assist with daily administrative activities, respond to inquiries, and ensure that every interaction reflects a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception and front office area.
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to team members.
• Receive, organize, and distribute correspondence and documents.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal information when needed.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to support daily operations.
• Handle routine questions and requests while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with additional office tasks and projects as needed.
