FWS funds cannot be applied to janitorial, construction, partisan or sectarian positions. The Eagle Learning Center is seeking a front desk receptionist to work in our busy front office. Primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling student appointments on an online calendar, answering the phone and directing calls, responding to inquiries regarding ELC services, scanning documents, data entry, general office support for the administrative, program, and ELC staff, and backing up the Operations Coordinator. Position will frequently work with undergraduate student staff assistants.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Academic Support.
