Front Desk Receptionist, Short Orthodontics

• Work-Life Balance: This is a temporary part-time position, Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Patient Experience & Communication: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle daily phone calls with professionalism and care.
• Schedule Management: Maintain and adjust the daily schedule, follow up on no-shows and cancellations, and coordinate appointments while adhering to office protocols.
• Administrative Support: Update patient records, manage appointment confirmations, process payments, sort mail, and maintain organized filing systems for quick information retrieval.
• Office Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, keep the reception area tidy and inviting, and ensure amenities like the coffee and drink bar are stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, prepare daily reports, and work closely with team members to foster a supportive, respectful, and efficient work environment.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience required OR
• Minimum two years of experience in dentistry, preferably orthodontics.
