About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Front Desk Receptionist for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract)

What You Will Do

• Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: All hotel features/services, hours of operation. History of the building, all room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments and location. All room rates, special packages and promotions. Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, room availability status for any given day and scheduled daily group activities / VIP’s and all Residence types and features.
• Be able to perform all Front office duties during all shifts, morning, evening and night shifts.
• To offer assistance with hotel orientation explaining the hotel facilities including opening times and offerings.
• To offer assistance with hotel room orientation in line with Four Seasons standards and Leading Quality Assurance Standards.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the Front Office systems & processes, such as Opera, Visionline, HotSoS, Key, Mobile App, Mobile key.
• Be familiar and promote hotel products, services and promotions.
• Be able to answer the general queries of reservations and billings.
• Comply and adhere to the Four Seasons company policies.
• Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.

What You Bring

• A High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Schedule is changing every week according to business needs.
