Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental

⚠️ Strict Role Requirement: This position requires a minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience working at the front desk specifically within a DENTAL office. Candidates without prior dental front office experience will not be considered.

We’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fun, fast-paced pediatric dental team in beautiful El Dorado Hills. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional front desk experience working directly in a dental office is strictly required (Pediatric dental experience is a major bonus!).
• Communication: Clear, warm, and highly professional communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with dental practice management software, handling multi-line phones, and dental insurance verification workflows.
• Compliance: This role is safety-sensitive and requires a pre-employment drug screen. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

As the face of our practice, you will keep things running smoothly in a high-energy, high-volume environment:

• Welcome Families: Be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors.
• Manage Communications: Handle multi-line phones, schedule appointments accurately, and manage patient check-ins/check-outs like a pro.
• Administrative Excellence: Assist with dental billing questions, patient records management, and coordinating daily clinic charts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical staff to ensure an excellent, comfortable, and seamless patient experience for kids and parents.
