We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Office Manager to help support the practice during a transitional period. This position will start as temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping keep a dental office running smoothly.

Practice hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Schedule for this role will be determined based on practice needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and manage patient communication
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with insurance verification and patient billing
• Maintain organized patient records and documentation
• Support the team with daily front office operations
• Help create a positive and efficient patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
