What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1–3 years of customer service or front office experience (prior dental or medical office experience is a major plus!).
• Technical Skills: Comfort handling multi-line phone systems and basic computer software.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a warm, professional phone presence.
• Mindset: A strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a positive mindset.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position and requires a successful pre-employment drug screening. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep our team and patients safe.

As the first smile our patients see and hear, you will play a massive role in creating a welcoming, positive experience:

• Welcome Neighbors: Greet and check in patients with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage the Flow: Answer incoming phone calls, address patient inquiries, and help schedule appointments accurately.
• Front Desk Operations: Keep day-to-day administrative tasks organized and running smoothly.
