Job Overview Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Front Desk / Receptionist to provide front desk, administrative, and office support for an onsite role in Makati City. This role is responsible for handling reception duties, supporting day-to-day admin tasks, assisting with inventory management, and helping maintain a professional and organized office environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk and reception duties in a professional manner Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and other onsite stakeholders Handle basic administrative support tasks as assigned Assist with office coordination, documentation, and daily operational needs Support inventory monitoring, tracking, and coordination Maintain organized records, supplies, and front desk materials Coordinate with internal teams regarding office needs, visitor concerns, or admin requests Ensure the reception area and assigned workspace remain clean, organized, and presentable Requirements Experience in front desk, receptionist, administrative support, or office support roles Experience in inventory management is required or strongly preferred Preferably residing near Makati City or able to commute reliably to Makati Comfortable working in a fully onsite setup Able to work either 5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Professional, organized, and customer-service oriented Good written and verbal communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to report onsite consistently Nice to Have Prior experience in a corporate office, BPO, shared services, or professional services environment Experience handling office supplies, inventory logs, or admin coordination Strong interpersonal skills and a polished front desk presence Benefits Allowances Performance Bonus Other benefits
