Job Description

We are seeking an organized, personable, and dependable Front Desk Wellness Coordinator to join our Greensboro clinic team at Friendly Center. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a positive experience from the moment a patient walks through the door.

As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the clinic running smoothly while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and members and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience
• Answer incoming calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems
• Process payments and support point-of-sale functions
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete basic reporting tasks
• Educate patients on clinic services, wellness plans, and membership options
• Support clinic goals through positive, patient-focused conversations
• Provide general front desk and administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly

Compensation & Hours

• Approximately 25–40 hours per week, with some flexibility based on availability and clinic needs
• Ideally you will agree to a set weekly, recurring schedule with some weekend availability.
• For example: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
• We also have part time positions available for those who can work weekends consistently
• Monday - Friday : 9:45 AM - 7 PM, with a dedicated lunch break
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:45 AM - 5 PM
• $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience
• Monthly Bonus opportunities based on sales performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable working directly with patients
• Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and electronic records
• Prior front desk, receptionist, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
