What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional customer service experience is required (prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a major bonus!).
• Technical Skills: Confidence handling multi-line phone systems and basic computer software.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, a warm professional presence, and sharp attention to detail.

• Front Desk Operations: Keep day-to-day administrative tasks organized, managing check-ins/check-outs like a pro.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our clinical staff to ensure a seamless, cheerful, and efficient daily patient flow.
