Front Desk Receptionist

Pay: $14-$17 per hour depending on experience

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the front office welcoming face of our practice and play an essential role in creating a positive and seamless patient experience. This is our front office entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced dental environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
• Manage emails and front office communication
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic administrative skills including scheduling, data entry, and phone handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Experience Requirements

• Previous dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Entry-level candidates with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
