📍 Onsite – Mérida, Mexico
Snapscale is hiring Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support established U.S. medical practices.
This is a professional, long-term onsite role focused on patient care and operational excellence — not sales, not cold calling, and not a call center environment.
What you’ll do
- Answer inbound patient calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Navigate EMRs
- Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
- Support prescription refill workflows
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, hospital, or medical billing
OR
- High-end customer service professionals with excellent phone presence
