Job Description

Seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Administrative & Front Desk Officer to support the daily operations of a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front desk and reception services.
  • Attend to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, mail and deliveries.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry and record maintenance.
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Assist with routine HR administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Support senior and middle management with ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative and front desk experience, preferably in a school environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Mail and web browsers.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Organised, customer-focused and able to work independently.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) (Sept 2026 to Aug 2027)

(a) Mondays to Thursdays: 9.5 hours per day, inclusive of 1 hour lunch.
Working hours will be between 7am and 6pm, subjected to
negotiation with the appointed personnel.
(b) Fridays: 9 hours, inclusive of 1 hour lunch. Working hours will be
between 7am and 6pm, subjected to negotiation with the appointed
personnel.
(c) Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
