Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and general information.
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
