We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position: Front Desk Monitor/Client Care Specialist
The Front Desk Monitor/Client Care Specialist ensures the safety and security of clients, staff and facility. Receives and assists clients, receives and routes deliveries, aids residents, controls front door access, and assists with intake and orientation process.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a polite and pleasant manner, be efficient and firm, and have the ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation.
• Must be able to perform diverse tasks with ease and maintain confidentiality.
Certifications that are required upon hire in accordance with regulatory mandates:
• Fire Guard (F-02)
Certifications that are required within 90 days of hire – VOA will cover the cost:
• CPR/First Aid
• Narcan
Candidates with related experience with domestic violence preferred.
Front Desk Monitor/ Client Care Specialist Principal Responsibilities:
1. Greet all visitors; assist them directly or announce their arrival to staff or residents.
2. Assist with intake process.
3. Ensure lodging sheets are signed daily.
4. Ensure SORTS is updated daily in an accurate manner.
5. Ensure all clients sign in and out daily as required.
6. Route mail and deliveries as required.
7. Handle or assist in crisis intervention.
8. Follow assigned procedures in emergency situations.
