Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.
• Manage incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments or personnel promptly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and securely.
• Maintain and coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with various teams to support office operations and communication flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and enhance office efficiency.
