About the Role

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, Colorado, is seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Desk Team Members to join our team through the J-1 Work & Travel Program for the winter season!

This seasonal opportunity offers international students hands-on experience in luxury hospitality while assisting with front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, and participating in a cultural exchange experience.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 Hourly
• Schedule: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Employment Status: Full-Time, Seasonal
• Start Date: 12/10/2026

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with guest payments, billing, and property management systems.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records and protect confidential information.
• Keep the front desk organized and follow hotel service and safety standards.

About You

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel Program.
• Currently enrolled in an eligible post-secondary institution outside the United States.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel property management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
